Post 11.1 Nerf Deck - Return of Combo Priest?

I recently rose from rank 5 to rank 3 playing the following deck. Crazed alchemist is in there because there are a lot of control priests on ladder at the moment running Skulking Geist.

Against control decks, you want to get combo pieces early. Against aggro, you want Tar Creepers and Duskbreakers.

One year later he finally gets legend

I got first-time legend in March of 2018.

Peaked at 876, then played meme decks until I reached the lowest of low dumpster ranks.

Update: failed push to legend (final: rank 3, 3 stars)

Despite the failure, I have high hopes for next season because I spent far too long playing standard burn mage (as I posted in my last post) and token shaman, both of which were getting me nowhere with approximately 50% win rates after hitting rank 4. Yesterday, I switched to a much faster tempo mage list and immediately saw results with around 60% win rate. It was amazing, and here is the list:

This list handles aggro way better than the control list I posted previously, but does horribly vs priest. Mulligan for low cost cards, especially try to keep Mana Wyrm, Frostbolt, Arcanologist and Primordial Glyph. Babbling Book is also not bad to have off the start. If you have the coin, I like to keep a copy of Arcane Intellect or Cabalist's Tome just for reload.

Next season, I think I can make legend with this list!

Hearthstone - Mean Streets of Gadgetzan New Expansion Announcement

It seems like the new 132-card expansion is themed around a three-way street gang war.

Here's the trailer:

Here is a list of all known cards.

This is a gameplay video showing off several of the new expansion's cards with new commander-style neutral legendary Kazakus stealing the show:

Overwatch - Sombra Revealed (Spoilers Inside!)

So here is a summary of everything we know so far (spoilers after the jump):

An animated short giving some new story tidbits, including that Sombra is working with Reaper and Widowmaker (and presumably Talon), but not all is at it seems...
