Overwatch - Sombra Revealed (Spoilers Inside!)

So here is a summary of everything we know so far (spoilers after the jump):

An animated short giving some new story tidbits, including that Sombra is working with Reaper and Widowmaker (and presumably Talon), but not all is at it seems...

Here is  Sombra's origin story, which is not extraordinarily interesting in and of itself (standard cyberpunk hacker type of backstory), but it gives us an awesome new plot twist. There's someone or something at the centre of the current global unrest and it isn't even Talon!

This is the most interesting shot from the origins video:

On the righthand side are most of the characters involved with Overwatch and to the left of the Overwatch group we have the mysterious conspiracy villains in the centre of the web represented as a red eyeball, the T for Talon, the Red and Green of Numbani, the V of Volskaya Industries and the Latin American style temple of LumeriCo. These form the major factions and settings around which the plot revolves and with the exception of the new shadowy organization at the centre of the web, they are all previously known (though not fleshed out as much until the recent Sombra ARG and current reveal).

What is really interesting from this shot are all the unnamed characters surrounding these factions. We'd have to assume the smaller ones at the top left connected to LumeriCo are just the "irrelevant" employees from the Sombra ARG, but who is the bearded man to the left of the LumeriCo icon? Who is the omnic who is supplying the omnium to Katya Volskaya? Is that Doomfist at the bottom, connected to the gauntlet (an infamous rumoured future playable character)?

Who is the blanked out character linked to Ana? One might assume it could be Pharah's father, but it's not connected to Pharah's portrait. It is far more likely that Pharah's father is the blank character attached to Ana Amari as a young woman and branched from Pharah. However, since it is not set up like a traditional family tree, could it also equally be Pharah's sibling or half-sibling?

Last, but not least, who is the woman at the top right adjoining Reinhardt and Torbjorn?

Also, the picture reveals that Sombra may not have all of the information to make a complete picture. Where is Vishkar corporation and Symmetra? Where are Junkrat and Roadhog? Where is Mei? It would be intriguing to have the whole picture rather than half of the web cut off at the top, but it's far from certain that even Sombra knows what is going on everywhere.

On top of this, we have a lore intro and skill description page on the official website which you can read here. Basically, she has a submachine gun with more rounds but less damage than Tracer's weapon, but with similar range and spread. Her abilities involve an enemy-ability-disabling alternate fire, an invisibility alternate ability and a blinking alternate ability linked to a personal teleporter device similar to the one embedded in Tracer's chest. Unlike Tracer's recall ability, however, Sombra's teleporter can be more deliberately and accurately placed. On the downside, it doesn't renew Sombra's hp. Her ultimate ability is called EMP and acts as an AoE version of her hacking alternate fire ability, disabling all shields and active abilities of nearby enemies.

A video of her abilities in action:

Sombra, the new Arcade 1v1, 3v3 and Brawl modes as well as the new Eco-Point: Antarctica (Mei's home map) will be out next week on the Public Test Realm. Another map called Oasis (a futuristic technocity in the Arabian desert) will be released soon as well. Can't wait to try it all out!
